1073 39th Street

In the summer of 2011, we were hired exclusively to market an industrial building at 1073 39^th Street, in the Borough Park section of Brooklyn NY. After a few months of marketing the property we were able to find a buyer who needed the space for their contracting business. Ultimately, they signed the contract and closed in 30 days without obtaining financing from a bank.
