1182-1186 Putnam Ave & 564 Evergreen Ave

In the summer of 2011, we were hired exclusively to market a portfolio of apartment buildings in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn. The three properties, 1182-1186 Putnam Avenue and 564 Evergreen Avenue were composed of 30 rent stabilized apartments. We were able to generate 5 competitive offers in writing. Ultimately, we procured a buyer who was an investment syndicate based out of Manhattan and able to obtain attractive financing from a local savings bank. The sales price ended up to be $300,000 over our next highest offer closed in 60 days after contract signing.
