EXPERIENCE & PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
Lazarus is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with over a decade of experience in Commercial Real Estate. He started his career in 2005, when he first moved back to New York from Greece, after living there for sixteen years. Initially, in 2005 he started working for a local Community Bank based out of Astoria Queens, underwriting new CRE (Multifamily, Mixed-use & Retail) loan requests and managing an existing portfolio of loans. In January of 2010 he started working out of Marcus & Millichap’s Brooklyn Office and in 2012 transferred into the Manhattan office.
Lazarus specializes in mixed-use and multifamily properties. His understanding of debt markets and commercial real estate finance, accompanied by his experience in underwriting, position him to serve his clients best interests. Understanding that real estate is a relationship driven business, he has always focused on cultivating existing and creating new relationships throughout his career. Always striving for the best interest of his clients, he has set multiple sales records throughout his sales career primarily in Queens but also active in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Lazarus is a member of the National Multi-Housing Group. He has a degree from the American College of Thessaloniki (ACT) in Greece, with a major in Finance. In his spare time, Lazarus enjoys being with his family and friends. He also enjoys traveling and being involved in outdoor activities such as running, hiking and skiing.
